Linda Foard Roberts received a Master in Fine Arts from Arizona State University, and a Bachelor in Fine Arts from Virginia Intermont College. She was the Executive Director of The Light Factory Photographic Arts Center from 1990-1995. Her work has been exhibited in many group and one person shows from Australia to New York and is in the collections of BankAmerica, the Bechtler Collection, Gregg Museum of Art and Design, Fidelity Bank, Haarmann & Reimer,West Germany, and the Mint Museum of Art,.  Last year her work was chosen for the Photography Now: one hundred portfolios, The Photo Review Competition issue, and Photo Lucida’s Critical Mass. She recently exhibited her work with Luis Gonzalez Palma in the exhibition “Esteeming the Pearls” at The Light Factory. She lives and works in Weddington, North Carolina where she is raising her two children. Her work is represented by Hodges Taylor Gallery and Sol del Rio in Guatemala City, Guatemala.

It is an honor to be included in this exhibition honoring Kitty Couch and the Earth.  I adored Kitty from the first time that I met her, almost 20 years ago. She was an extraordinary artist, as well as a wonderfully spirited person.
